LARGE PITCHES
At Steadings Holiday Park, we believe we offer some of the largest & best kept seasonal caravan pitches in Suffolk. Our seasonal pitches are all hard standing, fully serviced with electric hook up and a water point, grey waste and a spacious grassed garden area.
MODERN FACILITIES
We have modern and well-kept facilities which include disabled and family/baby showers.
Our season runs from 1st March until 3rd January and the park is completely secure with ANPR barrier-controlled entry to the site, with much of the site covered by 24hr CCTV.
15 ACRES
The park is spaced out over 15 acres and we even have our own fishing lake exclusively for our guests’ use.

Campfires are permitted, except during the heat of the summer season.
How secure is the park?
The park has ANPR barrier-controlled entry, and much of the site is covered by 24-hour CCTV.
Where is Steadings Holiday Park?
We’re in Newbourne, just outside Woodbridge, about 7 miles from Ipswich and around 8 miles from the coast at Felixstowe. Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Orford are all within easy driving distance.
Is there a fishing lake?
Yes, we have our own fishing lake exclusively for our guests’ use.
Is there EV charging on site?
Yes, we have a chargeable 3.6kW EV charge point at the entrance to the main park.
